News: Golf property boosting real estate sales in Spain
Property sales across Spain rose by 23.7 per cent in in the second quarter of the year to 107,838 property transactions, actually the highest number of private property transactions since January 2013.
The Valencian Community where the Costa Blanca is situated, the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands were the regions registering the greatest number of sales per 100,000 residents. The Spanish real estate market is indeed enjoying a stable recovery and it has become the ninth most popular destination for international home buyers.
