Buying a property in Costa Blanca requires a different development from the rest of European countries. Moreover, there are several differences in taxes and requirements, within the same country. Depending on the area where you buy a property for new build in Spain, the process is different.

Normally, you usually pay around 12% on the sale price if you agree to buy the home without a mortgage, and 15% with financing. These payments cover notary, adviser, transmission taxes, VAT and property registration fees.

Generally, the deposit usually ranges from € 3,000 and as it is a property of new construction, you must deal with their respective payment terms.
